Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

FOR ALL PRODUCTS

 

If you wish to return your product, you must ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor.If an item does not pass quality inspection or the customer receives a damaged or defective product, the merchant may place a request for exchange within 7 days of delivery.Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7 days.After we receive your return parcel, it will go through a quality check. Repx reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not pass the quality inspection.Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.If a refund is approved instead of an exchange, it will take up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited to the original payment method.Important: Our return/refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Faulty Items

 

If you have received a faulty item, please reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at 6305033247 within 24 hours of receiving the order.Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Cancellations

 

For cancellations, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ link on our website.Cancellations are only possible if the products have not yet been shipped.You can choose to receive a refund via bank transfer or select another product.Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
